Personally, Mike is most passionate about being a dad. His kids are the reason he does everything. Besides his children being his most significant accomplishment, he also considers buying his first home when he was 19 years old a huge accomplishment. As a result of this, Mike has a high level of respect for the importance of the transaction at hand to the customer. When a realtor or attorney refers their son or daughter to Mike, he feels honored that even industry people trust him to take care of their children.
After high school Mike started working in the restaurant business as a server, he worked up his way up to management, then onto additional sales and management jobs thereafter which led him to his career as a loan officer. Mike has been a loan officer for nearly 16 years. Mike is surprisingly good at numbers. He often sees a solution that many other people missed.
Mike is there for his customers to keep their mortgage process on track. From credit to down payment, to inspections, to job changes, unexpected expenses, really whatever it takes!!! His customers compliment him his quick responsiveness, availability, and ability and willingness to answer all questions to put their mind at ease patiently.
His ideal customer is someone ready to buy that needs a little extra attention and can truly appreciate a higher level of service that can be obtained from a traditional bank.
